We take your designs/ideas and implement them in a CMS. For Example: Client X wants to launch a social network. First, he designs all the pages of the site in photoshop and writes up a description(a partial design brief) of the intended site functionality and features. He then passes this along to us, we then analyze it and either give a quote or reject the project. If both designbrief and design are accepted and the deposit is payed; we then proceed with slicing and coding the design into a template/theme for the requested CMS. The uniqueness here, is that it's all implemented using open source software and extensions. It is all done with existing technologies and very little new code is usually written; the focus remains entirely on implementing the design. Read more about our process Here
No, we figure out what extensions are necessary to implement the functionality you specify. You may however specify preferred extensions, if several different options can achieve your desired goals.

If you opt for a simple design to template/theme option then the rate is flat and is as follow.
Projects requiring implementation, configuration, and installation of extensions are quoted on a project by project basis
We require a $150 deposit before we begin work. The rest is due on receipt and verification of the completed site. Payments are made via Paypal only. (Note: You may however pay us before the project begins by Check or Money Order)

Strictly speaking yes. However, extensions and even the core CMS may not output valid code. Even this very has a few errors caused by 3rd party extensions which output invalid code. Depending on feasibility, we may or may not fix code problems in 3rrd party extensions. In short, the code we produce will be 100% valid 3rd party code however, might not be
