The Process

Step 1 You Send us a design and outline of desired site functionality

Site designs should be in a layered image format, such as psd, AI, png etc.. Any desciption of the site should either be entered in the provided textarea or put in the project files archive (.zip, .sit, .rar, .gz, and .tar are all acceptable) in either .txt, .rtf, or .pdf format. Be as specific as possible in stating the features you want, especially if the features are not shown in any of the designs.

Step 2 Quote and question

We investigate it, ask questions about unclear elements (if any) and provide you with a exact quote and delivery time.

Step 3 Deposit due

A $150 deposit is due

Step 4 Project pages

A project page is created for you, where you can follow the project day by day and interact with the team members working on your project. Post questions, request changes etc.

Step 5 Project enters client review phase

All files are uploaded to the project page including a fully installable (No mysql to import or php files to edit. Just install as you normally would) distribution of the CMS with all the extensions, content, template files etc. At this point the client comments on the finished project, and if no changes are necessary (note there are extra charges for changes, other than bug fixes etc.) then the project enters the post-dev phase.

Step 5 Invoice issued

A invoice is issued and final payment requested

Step 6 Client Pays

Client pays invoice and tells his friends about our great work
